What is your pricing structure?

Here is how we structure our fees: – Monthly Retainer for ongoing services, our Finance Teams & CFOs typically operate on a fixed-fee.
1) Monthly Retainer.
This approach allows us to:

2) A Budget-Friendly Approach

3) Project-Based Pricing

How to switch from your current accountant/advisor/software
Here’s how we manage the transition:
1. Create a timeline and project plan. We will develop a clear, step-by-step project plan to ensure a smooth transition. This will include timelines, key milestones, and clear action points for both parties.
2. Data transfer from your previous accountant. Your previous accountant has a professional obligation to provide all necessary data and information to us. We will work directly with them to ensure that your financial data is transferred securely and efficiently, minimizing disruption.

Keep your current software:
If you are happy with your current accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP), you can continue using it. We will help integrate and streamline your existing systems with our services where needed.
Switch to Xero:
If you prefer to switch to Xero, our Technical Integration Team will handle the transition, ensuring a smooth migration of your financial data, accounts, and workflows from your current system to Xero.

What is the commitment?
We want to grow and partner with our clients long term, however if you want to move in another direction there is no tie in. Our notice period is 1 month to allow us to handover to any incoming Accountants.
Will my business lose the human connection if my Finance team is virtual?
We aim to fit into your business just like a pocket Finance team. We are tapped into your digital tools (CRM, emails etc). We want to attend your staff meetings and work seamlessly with your teams. We work on our client’s timezone. Our CFOs ensure there is sufficient in person time with clients during the year. Your clients and Suppliers feel like we are part of your business. Our people are Big 4 trained, excellent communicators and have decades of experience working with corporate businesses with high performance standards.
My business needs a Big 4 CFO but we cannot afford one full time and we are struggling to recruit good people part time
Perfect! Amana Partners was created with this exact problem in mind. A decent fractional CFO is almost impossible to find and rarely stay in role long term. High calibre candidates require significant packages which most growing businesses can’t afford to commit to non revenue generating roles. We provide top tier Big 4 trained Accountants to you on a part time but committed long term basis. You get the absolute best talent but only when you need it.
I have been burned by working with offshore solutions before, why is Amana different?
Our offshore teams are managed by Top tier CFOs/FDs based in London and Dubai. We ensure high standards, ongoing training and a close level of oversight. The Finance team and CFO solution is complementary to ensure value for money with high standards.
But I have a small Finance team in house who I really like but aren’t quite operating at the level required?
We plug in to your business as required. We can work with existing Finance teams and design a team to complement your existing business. We often work with an on-site Finance Manager with our Finance team and CFO plugging in around them.
How much do you cost compared to my Employed staff?
Our Solutions are around 40-60% cheaper than the cost of Employed staff. Employees are expensive once recruitment fees, pension, national insurance, inflating salaries, training, benefits and sickness, parental benefits are considered. With Amana you pay 1 fixed invoice every month.
